Description

Product Overview 

The VSE-9598-O Internal Bore Clamping Fixture is pneumatically actuated and utilizes an internal expansion clamping mechanism to securely grip the inner diameter of a workpiece. It is ideal for precision machining applications, automated production lines, and CNC machining centers. 

By clamping from the internal bore, the fixture leaves the entire external surface of the workpiece accessible for machining, making it particularly suitable for outer diameter turning, face machining, and complex profile machining operations. 

The blue component located on the top of the fixture is a replaceable soft jaw that can be machined and customized according to the workpiece bore dimensions. This design provides superior positioning accuracy and clamping stability. The evenly distributed clamping force minimizes workpiece deformation, making the fixture especially suitable for thin-walled parts, rings, flanges, and irregularly shaped components.
