Features

The pneumatic centering vise can be used individually or connected in series with multiple units.
An internal spring mechanism enhances clamping force, and it can be equipped with an air pressure switch or connected to an air hose.
The clamping force reaches approximately 1700 Kgf (16.6 kN), with a maximum clamping width of 100 mm.
This product is especially suitable for 5-axis machining centers. During machining, the air supply can be disconnected without affecting the clamping force, ensuring stable performance without pressure loss. It can also be integrated with robotic arms to improve automation and reduce manual labor.
